Stupid GM Policies

I have noticed that since GM shut down a lot of the dealerships that the ones that are left have a don't give a **** adittude as they know there are not that many left out there that you can go to.

Heard from customer service again but they weren't much help. They told me that the district service manager in my area is the one that made the decision so apparently he is a moron. If you work for one of the biggest car companies there is I think you probably ought to know a few things about cars but I guess not. Time to find another solution
