sorry to hear that, i havent had any problems with my eaton at all, the only problems ive heard of is bearings going out and a leaky snout.

 

had the same prob with mine .. dropped my cobalt off at the dealership and picked it up at the end of the week .. have them check the super for oil etc .. apparently mine wasnt oiled from the factory and I went 12000k without any so I had a charred super
