suspension noise

bassically i was driving my car yesterday and there was a thin patch of ice in the middle of where the road turn, i was probably going about 30 and the front end started to slide. I tried to fix it but as soon as the car hit dry pavement again the tires got traction suddenly and the car jerked over to the side. when this happened it felt sortof like really bad wheel hop exept sideways. so bassically i started driving and theres a wierd noise coming from the right front wheel, its sort of like the tire is rubbing up against somthing, and it get really loud if i give the car some gas. its kinda hard to describe the sound so ill probably make a video at some point.
anyone have any idea what it might be, i took of the wheel and it looked fine, and i had a friend drive the car around a parking lot and it sounds like its making the noise a litlle at every rotation of the tire, so i think it definetly realted to that

Easiest thing would be to jack the car up and take a look at it.

Maybe someone else has experienced similar and can offer more help than me though.

i looked under the car earlier but i wasnt sure what to look for, but nothing really seemed out of place, the rim isnt bent, that i could tell. i guess i should look at the wheel bearing. I just took the car around the block to try and get an idea of what it is, and sitting in the car i really cant hear it unless i give it alot of gas, and thin it just a really wierd noise, ill try to make a vid of it at some point and put it up here. also how hard is it to replace the bearing if thats the problem and how much would it probably cost
