First off, this is not an intermittent problem as it happens (and is very noticable) every time I get off the clutch and the wheels get some torque. It's like a creaky, metal-on-metal sound coming from somewhere around the front-right wheel. I've read threads about bad bushings in the front suspension; could this be my problem? If so, how do I troubleshoot?

Secondly, my car is starting to idle oddly. I have an 08 LT and when I cold start my car, the RPMs have a quick half-second jump to around 1.5k then drop to around 1000RPM, then the needle bounces between ~800-~1000 for a few seconds then settles to the normal 800. Any ideas? Note: After driving a few minutes and stopping at a sign or a light, the idle is completely normal.
