for those of you with sycronizer problems

those of you that have put your car in the shop for this problem how long did it take you to get it back? its been two weeks and im still getting the run around...so tommorrow im thinking about driving out there and telling them to get it done or give me the car back.

maybe i am being a little too impatient thats why i was asking those of you that had similar problems.

Thanks for the help
David

Havent had the problem, but 2 weeks is rediculous, I would atleast make my presence known, because if they dont feel your not in a hurry to get it back, chances are they are going to take their time.

Ask them for a rental if its not ready. If they say no go into convulsions.

Won't help to try. Tell them you absolutley need a car by the week end and that you dont want to drive yours because of those issues.

If it is that long of a wait, your warrranty should allow them to get you a rental. Call them and tell them you wan't a rental if they can't fiz it or are waiting for parts. Otherwise you should get your car back until they can fix the problem.
