I cleaned my throttle body yesterday and my car is running like **** now. It got rid of the old code but now it's throwing P0507 so I'm going to get a relearn done.

Will the relearn do anything to my tune? And if it does will my car be ok to drive for a day or two until I can get my tune flashed back on?
