throttle dead spot

Anyone else have a issue between idle and 1500rpm? I can't hold the throttle anywhere in between those numbers. When i barley touch the gas it will hold at 1500 but thats the lowest i can hold it at , 1500 or idle . Anyone else?

I think its programmed to do that.
Like when you coast to a stop the idle stays up until you slow to around 5mph and then drops to idle.

i'm off the clutch at 1,000 rpms. but i don't see why you would want to be holding the gas under 1500.

I guess what i'm trying to say is i have no control of the throttle between idle and 1500 rpm . If i touch the gas it's 1500 or idle , i have nothing in between . i have a deadspot in the throttle there .

Normal, its very hard to hold the car anywhere in there. I can do it at about 1200, but thats as low as it holds. Any less throttle and it drops straight to idle. I thought that was odd when I first realized it, but its just one of the quirks of the car.
