Throws P0236, Turbo Boost Performance

About once a month it will have turbo flutter, only allowing me 5 PSI. It will throw a code, P0236 being the most recent, and it will occasionally flash service ESC/ESC off after i start the car. Then it will idle anywhere between 1200-200 RPM. Chevy dealer has thrown a new MAF sensor on it, fuel injector seal, cleaned out turbo system, thrown random vacuum hoses on. Chevy dealer says they don'y know what's wrong. Guy at work says possible faulty wastegate or diverter valve? I don't know if i spelt that right. Problem has gone on since previous owner and is REALLY annoying. lol Any suggestions will help!

The Code book says: Monitor strategy description= range check low, Primary malfunction= sensor signal <(threshold value) 13 (specified units)= KPa - Secondary Parameters= error: boost pressure sensor electrical. Hope this helps????

It has a factory tune according to the previous owner. I know it makes 267 hp 294 torque to the wheels. Other than that it's factory.

It's no doubt an issue with the tmap sensor in the lower charge pipe. You either have a bad stock 2.5bar sensor, or the 3bar gms1 sensor and/or wiring is bad (I'm almost willing to put money on the car having the gms1 installed). Either way it is without question an issue with the lower map sensor.
