hey guys, im new to this forum haha. I have a problem with my 2008 Cobalt ss T/C lnf. Whenever i accelerate it makes this really loud and quite obnoxious tick coming from the middle or passanger side of the engine bay. So this only happens under load. My car performs the same and everything, there is no effect on the power output or the way it drives its just a very loud and obnoxious tick. I have a 22 psi tune from zzp, a catted downpipe also zzp, an aem CAI, a zzp frontmount intercooler, an injen upper charge pipe and a corsa catback exhaust.

 

Sounds like an exhaust leak to me. Check all your exhaust connections for black soot (indication of a leak).
