Timing chain rattle

How do u get this dang timing chain rattle to completely stop. Ive changed the chain guides gears and tensioner. Could it be that I've change the weight of oil to 10/40 with a bottle of Lucas?

Did you change the chain? They are known to stretch. Also are you sure its chain rattle?
