Just noticed last night there is a light scrubbing or grinding sound when I press the clutch pedal in usually coming fro 3rd to 4th or down 3rd to 2nd. Sometimes in neutral with the clutch in while rolling it sounds like its scrubbing faintly.

I changed the trans fluid this morning still doing it. . . clutch not disengaging properly?

Drive this car 100 miles a day any help would be much appreciated
