Trouble With Serpentine Belt

I recently had trouble with my serpentine belt. The belt shredded off completely. And I bought a new one installed it but again and again the belt does the same thing. I makes a loud screeching sound as if it rubbing on a pulley. I bought a new tensioner pulley recently hoping that the issue but I need help. I don't know the exact steps on replacing the entire belt tensioner. If anyone cam help it would be amazing! I have the 07 SS/SC

Remove your belt and make sure every accessory and pulley rotates freely.

Whenever I get the chance I'll install the new belt tensioner and I'll see if that fixes anything

Can you take a pic of what you are calling the camshaft pulley?

I had my idler pulley, the pulley to the counterclockwise side of the tensioner pulley, bearing go out and completely destroy itself though I caught it before it damaged my belt. This part is not easy to see from the top. Did you check it?
