So sometimes my turn signal will not turn off after I turn. I know its not a huge issue but it did almost cause an accident. Normally I will be well aware and turn it off myself but once I didnt after turning right, and I was coming to another intersection where I wanted to go straight but didnt notice my signal was still on, and a guy wanted to turn left and started coming out and I had to swerve around him, luckily he stopped in time. Anyone else have this issue? Should I even see if there is a remedy for this problem or just be more aware of turning it off myself when it stays on?

Why should you spend any time or money to fix something that would be covered?

 

No I wasnt going to spend any money on it at all just seeing if it is even worth taking to the dealer. Like if I bring it there they be like Uh theres nothing we can do just turn it off yourself.

 

Yes, they'll replace the gear in the steering column. Had mine replaced under warranty.

Now stop holding the stick to keep it from resetting :P think that's why mine stripped too.

 

My car has the same problem,but i am out of warranty. Any idea how much this would be to fix?
