I've seen before things not getting copied over..., not because they didn't select for the changed parameters to be copied over to the pcm, but just because it didn't copy over. That's happened to me twice last month.

I dont think that the blower has a seating problem on the manifold because every was freshly cleaned and fully securred when the TVS was installed. Im thinking maybe its possibly the maf, or even a fuel filter/ air filter problem.
I'm having a similar issue with my car (dropped pulley sizes and gained no boost). I'm thinking solenoid. Try doing the boost bypass and see if you get full boost. (take the hose from the IM to the solenoid off from the solenoid and plug it, then see what it boosts)

Keep in mind even on a new supercharger the actuator could still be bad. Just because it came from a factory doesn't mean there's no chance it's broken. That's why warrantys were invented.

Danslaif, do you have any logs of current runs of yours? If so, when you get to the point on the scan when you're under a full throttle run, pay attention to your iat 1 and 2. I found out for mine that my iat2 was really high, and the solenoid was regulating boost to save the engine. My solenoid works perfectly fine. Take a look if you can.

My IAT2 rarely gets over 130, even at the top of the gear (but my IAT thresholds are over 200 so it shouldn't matter unless my engine was a fireball, should it?). I just took my tune file and set all of the boost limits to 100% just out of curiosity. Doubt that's pantera's issue but I'll PM you if it fixes mine.

I did look at the tune thats why i posted that it was a pos stage 2 tune with soo much **** wrong. Tune needs to be fixed first before you start talking about other problems because even with 3 more psi he wont gain 60++ whp

I think joe just threw a base stage 2 file on there to get it running . but his car needs alot of work, then search for leaks and all that other crap.

when I did my swap over, I had modified stage 2 tables on my pcm. I was running a smaller pulley and 60# injectors but the tune wasn't changed from when I had the m62 on initially, and there were no problems. The problem is much deeper than that.
