So yeah, my right rear tail light is acting weird. It turns on, but it doesn't light up when I brake or turn on the signal. Other than that it still lights up. Would I still have to change that bulb or is it something more than that? Thanks.

Change the bulb. Sometimes the flasher can bow out but not the bulb itself.

you dont have to take out the taillight to change the bulb just look in your trunk and the thing that holds the cargo net will unscrew then just pull away the carpet and the bulb is right there
