For some reason starting on monday, second gear hasn't been wanting to work properly for me when downshifting. If I shift up through the gears, I have no issues and when sitting still I have no issues. But when trying to come to a stop and going from 3rd to 2nd I just get locked out basically. Never any grinding or anything it just seems like there is a wall there. I have found that going from 4th to 2nd will work though so I'm confused as to what it could be. I'm at college right now so I can't just go start tearing into it, but I will be home this weekend to try and figure out the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

Maybe u damaged something ; LT trannys might be weaker

 

better hope its not your syncros, dont quote me on that though, im no expert

 

Actually I think the f23 in the base cobalts usually holds up better than the f35 in the ss lol

I'm hoping man. I think it would grind when going in or out of gear if that was the case though.

 

Anyone else have any insight?
