Upper Radiator Hose Collapse (LSJ)

Hello,
I just moved to Waukesha Wisconsin a few days ago. I checked my car over post road trip, and found my upper radiator hose collapsed. I started the car and let it warm up. The car did not overheat. It got up to approx 190F and and cooled down to 176F. The hose reinflated as the car warmed up.

I have approx 95, 000 miles on the car or so. I coulnd't find anything on here about that. However when I googled Collapsed Radiator hose, I found people talking about a glogged line supplying coolant to the cooling system from the surge tank on a Pontiac Bonneville Forum. They also mentioned that the cap may not be releasing vaccume properly.

Illl tinker with it some, but wanted to post to see if anyone has ever encountered this and what the best corse of action would be.
Thanks.

Talking Update:

Okay,
So today, I noticed that the Option B tank has the same specs as the Stock Engine Coolant tank. So I swapped the caps. I ran the car until the tempature went up and turned the fans on, and the temp came back down. Then turned the car off, and let it sit the rest of the day. When I got back from a Lambaue Field tour in Green Bay my car had cooled off (We took the Jeep) The hose was not collapsed. This told me that the malfunction was in the cap. 8 bucks at Autozone got me a new cap.
