Yes you can fix the obnoxious outer door handle rattle......i did it to mine about 3 months ago and it is very simple.....first ya gotta get the door panel off, which is the hardest part.....once you get the door panel off you gotta remove the plastic sheeting inside the door to access the screw for the door handle, sorry i dont have pics but its pretty straight forward......there is a screw holding the FRONT part of the handle to the door......its kind of hinged at the front of the handle and this is where the problem lies.....once you take the screw out the handle on the outside of the door will pull straight out.....you will see there is a black plastic insert inside the handle part and it has a nut in it for the screw to go into (the screw you just took out)....That black insert will pop out of the handle with a bit of persuation......take it out and put some single sided foam tape on the back of the insert so that the foam goes between the insert and the handle.......put the insert back in and put all the **** back together the opposite way you took it all apart and you will have no rattle coming from the handles at all......mine use to rattle with the stock stereo, but now i have a JL 12W7 in the balt and i get no rattles what so ever.......Good luck with the fix man....
