Vibration/Stiff Shifting/Grinding

Okay, guys. I was one click away from grabbing my ZFR when out of the blue, my car started acting out yet again. Here's what's happening... At any speed, i've got vibration that turns into a steady shake at higher speeds. Instinctively, I picked her up and checked the CV joints for broken boots and the hubs for play. The CV's looked new and the hubs didn't have any play but due to the mileage(115,000) I decided to pull the hubs off and give then a more detailed inspection. The driver side was kind of rough and the passenger side wasn't too much better so I went ahead an replaced both. Didn't solve the problem. My next thought was that maybe a trans or engine mount might be going bad(which would explain the stiff shifting) but after a visual inspection, they seem to be fine. (Stock mounts) I'm completely unsure of where to continue looking. Suspension all seems fine. I was concerned when I lifted both front tires that that I could rotate one or the other back and forth and there seemed to be some play before it would rotate the gears but I was told that was normal.

On another note, while driving, there's a slight grinding noise while accelerating or decelerating. Goes away at a constant speed. And when I take my foot off the gas, it jerks fairly hard like there's a little play in the gears.

Can anyone help me? I've done some research but everything seems to point to the suspension and that all seems fine.
