I did on my Alero. Not gonna happen on the bolt though, I'm not modding till after warranty.

Warranties are over rated. If they're going to void it there is nothing you can do about it.

Magnussun-Moss, GM honors this in Canada too.
we have a right to do whatever the hell we want to our cars, the only way they can void any or all of the warranty is if they can proove that your mod caused the problem. The burden of proof is on them, not us when something goes wrong.

True, but how are you going to prove that your modification isnt what caused the malfunction? If their dead set on denying you service they can do it. Most people stop at that. Not every one has the money to hire a lawyer and take it to court. Even if courts are involved their more likely to believe a certified technetian before they would believe that your CAI and 3in pulley is not what caused your problem to begin with.

If something were to break on my car I allready know that I will be doing the work myself. Which is the case right now. Bad crush washer on the oil feed line going to the turbo bathed the turbo and downpipe with a nice coat of smokey oil. Only reason I went to the stealership was to order two new sets of seals.

The only aftermarket stuff that is going to be on my car is the GM performance parts, that should honnor the warranty. Hopefully.

the warrenty is bull they dont uphold or at least the dealer by me.
