Have P0014 pop up. Seems to happen after driving for a bit. Logged and saw my exhaust desired angle is 9 degrees and the error is 15 degrees.

Should I be looking at the actuator sensor or the actuator itself?

When this happens ghost cam mode kicks in and vacuum climbs to 10 and it lopes.

I had 010 and 011 come up in California.....
It was the intake actuator solenoid on top of valve cover.
