anything can be used as a restrictor. take a piece of plastic thats the same size as the hose and drill a .040" hole in it. a bolt would work too.

Update.. i found a little plastic cap and poked a 1mm hole in the end with a 1mm nail, put it in the bleed line and it worked, but my iat2 temps were still around the 130-140 range yesterday, today i took the car for a drive and driving normaly it was at 150-160 range! I got home and checked what was wrong and i have no flow in the bleed line, my pump is still like making the noise when its on but nothings flowing through that i can see.. also my idleing has started to get bad i assume its from the 60lb injectors? I heard about some bad idles with those.. it will go from 900 down to mid 600's then jump back to high 800s and just repeat. I think i need a new pump? Would it be bad to drive the car like a normal person without the ic pump working properly? Iknow at 170F and above iat2 is bad so i figured highway driving at lower rpm shouldnt be to bad until i get a new pump right?
