What is this called???
Does anyone know what the black rod thing is called? I think it's the reason why my door is sagging slightly and it's getting hard to open and close.

i believe that is just a door strap that stops it from opening too far. i could be wrong though. but make sure the bolts are done up tight, not too tight thought they strip easily. it normally willo make a snapping noise if its out of alignment. and wont cause your door to sag./
