Wing falling off, insurance?

Ok so about 2 years ago i was in a rearend accident basically got a whole new rearend, since then ive had minor problems that ive had to get fixed by the body shop that does the work...the work is supposed to have a lifetime warranty... so on that note my wing is about ready to fly off going down the highway, ive tightened all the trunk nuts that hold the wing on and its still just flopping around. Now i'd like to take it back to the body shop but they always play games or just blow smoke up my ass about how they cant fix it right now....i have a good feeling that if i call them with this problem they will just screw me over....im not sure what to do at this point.

I will just make sure that I stay far away from your car while you drive down the road, then I can run it over and then you can take it back to them!!! lol Just having some fun with you.

If it was me, I would take it back and have them fix it. They need to honor their work, that is why they put a lifetime warranty on it.

all you need to do is glue it back down. no need to take it up to the shop and be a dick.

indeed, im not a body man and they put some shitty double sided tape down that melted and is comming out from where the wing connects to the trunk. i can acctually wiggle it up and down. was thinking about wedging something in thier too and tighten it a lil more for a temporary fix, i drove to connecticut for a vacation now i have to drive 600 miles back home with it flopping in the wind.
