WTF... it stalled on me...
WTF... it stalled on me...
So... i was driving back from my parents place (3 hours away)... I was just at the outskirts of the city making a right turn to head in... I decided to give it a bit being that the roads weren't too slick anymore...
I was shifting pretty nice, at about 5k, not hitting hard boost, maybe 40kpa (~6psi).... I got up to third gear at almost 5k again, when the car stalled.... compeletly died!
So, i pulled over and decided to let it sit for a bit, and tried to start it.... nothing... it just sputtered...
What really made me wonder... is there was no CEL..... and it reset my oil life meter too!

Pretty confused i started to dig through my glove box to find my CAA to call a tow truck or something.. (i wasn't gonna diagnose it out there)
After spending about 10 minutes finding my tow info, I decided to try it again... on the second try it fired up with no problem...
Now i'm really confused... It's only a month old...
But, i'm taking it in tomorrow.... hopefully they don't try to pin anything on me... I've heard that's a real problem!

So i called the dealership... they said all they can do is scan it... and the best time is on the 23rd.... WTF?
Edit -> I put the car on the Tech2 at work... it said the O2 was faulty... so i'm gonna get GM to replace it... Guess it was a minor thing. I still can't figure out why I didn't get a CEL though...

Wierd, my 06 had this problem to. Did the EXACT same thing, but I was stage 2 off the showroom floor. All I needed was a updated reflash for stage 2, but yours is a 07 probally not stage 2. Still might be a PCM issue though, sounds like it.
