WTF? Wheel won't come off?

I am trying to move the rear rim up to the front to put the spare on the back and the rear rim will NOT come off.. took all lug nuts off and the rim moves front to back but it feels like something is still holding it on, is there a nut under the center cap on the 09 SS/TC's or something?

Wow, you guys are quick! Thanks for the info, that thing was on there so tight I thought for sure there was another nut under that center cap.

Tie a chain around the rim, get someone with a sumbitchin' truck to pull it off.
