WTF is wrong with my car

Question WTF is wrong with my car

So im gonna make a long story short. My belt breaks car still works. I put a new OEM belt on and the car wont turn over. I just pulled the belt back off and it starts. Any ideas what could be going on with the belt on?

yeah and i just figured out what was wrong. everything spins fine but my ac pulley. now i just need to figure out what parts i need. any idea on where or how much or what i even need to fix this

A/C compressor siezed would be my guess. Don't know cost but......you might want to bring some vaseline, it's gonna hurt a bit
