ZZP Exhaust tip melting bumper

has anyone else with zzp exhaust had the bumper melted by the exhaust tip. i am furious right now. this is my 3rd exhaust, i have had magnaflow and hahn and never had a problem.
i don't know why the exhaust tip it welded on a slightly upward angle. i am going to mess with it some to try to get it to stop melting it more and now i need to have my bumper fixed.

Try adjusting the hangers.

Also, you can pick up rubber grommets from Advance Auto and slide them onto your exhaust hangers to help adjust/secure the rubber hangers. This will help move the tip over so it stops resting against the bumper.

The downpipe I run on my car caused my catback to move slightly to the left when looking at the rear of the car. I wanted to center the exhaust, so I installed the rubber grommet I mentioned, and it moved the exhaust back over center.

Worked great!

it has nothing to do with the hangers you can see it in one of the pics that they are not even up and down they are on an angle.
it is the fact the exhaust tip is not welded to the muffler right.

yeah if it is there fault they should have to have it fixed and any damage they cause fixed

if there wasn't an upward angle on the muffle tip there would be no problem and the catback would fit great.

Add gmpp to that list^

That's what I had on before and it fit perfectly. Never touched my bumper. Install this and on the first day I torch my bumper. Moving it around did nothing.
