Yeah, ZZP came with 3.5 but the CAI is I think 3 1/8. So, I got K&N universal 3 inches to get it fit. I got it on. It's tight but it hold.

ima do some research and see what i can come up with on 3.5" hyrdo shields, is it easier to have filter on or off during intake piping install?

K&N has 1 but it's not call hydroshield. It's called something else but look like an a$$! I left my air filter alone and put on Injen Hydroshield around my air intake like hair net. But pretty hard to put it on cause air intake is kinda close to bumper wall.

I've out this intake on 2 times. Its a bit annoying. Removed splash guard driver side. Rotate wheel in and out. Take it off if u want. Maneuver it thru the hole. Drill a hole on a flap. Put screw on. Easier if u take out the light.

Total install time. About 10 mins. Yes 10 mins. I use power tools cuz I can lol.

An intake on my wifey car took about 20 seconds to install. So it means Zzp takes an eternity to install. Lol

I took the headlight out and half of the splash guard unbolted so I could still get my hand in there, took about 30 min to do. I did drill the hole as recommend, as the last thing I wanted was to hear a rattle from the intake hitting on something. Best intake on the market IMO.
