ZZP Stage 2 LSJ 2.0 Decreased Power / Misfire

ZZP Stage 2 LSJ 2.0 2006, usually delivers 17psi is now <5psi with engine misfire / terrible consistency, sharp / raspy whine with revving. All connections secure with exception of foam cap on purge solenoid. One DTC P0171 lean bank 1, scanned with OBD2 scanner no pending DTC.
