hey guys im hearing several recalls on the forums and I was wondering just exactly how many recalls there are (so far) for the 09 tc's?

 

I think GM just (this week) issued a recall. I went in to get my rear brakes fixed (under warranty) and the dealer is also replacing the "Charge Air Cooler Inlet Duct". The dealer said this was a just issued recall for the air cooler inlet.

I am getting new rear pads (new design) and hopefully new rear rotors too as soon as the back ordered pads come in. All under warranty. Only 11k miles.

 

you didnt have any problems with your dealer at all on the pads? also what is wrong with the air cooler inlet duct?

 

what about 2007 ss/sc? recalls? besides the fuel pump i haven't had a problem with that but maybe should take it in to get it checked. I get a message saying my power steering goes out sometimes....

 

No problem with the dealer on the pads, especially since there is an "improved" version/part number for the replacement. My service rep pointed out the groves on the rear rotors before I showed him.

I think the air cooler inlet duct fix is to help correct the problems with water being sucked in.
