i got an 07 and didnt get one yet, not that it matters, i took that **** off a few weeks after i got it and went catless. i thought everyone liked theirs shaved....

Plus, in order for them to void the warranty on your vehicle they'd have to prove that one of your mods directly resulted in a given part failure(in this case your clogged cat) which cannot be proven.
Because stock LSJ's were having this issue.

What can they say? The clogged cat is a recall. Mods have no affect on a recalled part.
Plus, in order for them to void the warranty on your vehicle they'd have to prove that one of your mods directly resulted in a given part failure(in this case your clogged cat) which cannot be proven.

But yeah, LSJ's of both modded and stock are having problems. I think its GM's stock tunes.
