can someone answer this

I just got black 08 tc ss cobalt with the forged aluminum wheels and just wanted to know if glass plus is alright to use to clean off some road grime and brake dust in between wahing the whole car.(My car has not seen rain since I bought it)The wheels appear to have a clearcoat on them and a good metallic sparkle to them when clean but I dont want to ruin the finish.(The bottle claims that its alright to use on aluminum)

Thanks

What I meant to ask was is there any way of cleaning them without getting the bucket of water and soap like a quicker way without harming the finish.Car is garaged and want to clean without pulling it out just for this.

If you want to do just a quick clean up, use a damp cloth, use one that you don't want anymore because it will pretty much ruin it.

i use quick detailer on my tc's wheels it works great and gives them a really nice luster and makes each cleaning easier as it leaves a nice smooth finish

if i were u i wouldnt even risk it haha... lol theres a reason why its called glass cleaner.... Now just take a damp cloth like stated up top and clean them up... After that since it will push dirt around pretty good spray some wheel cleaner and wipe it off also... and ur set...
