ClearCoat or RePaint help needed?

i just started noticing on my car different colors and its not bad but its bugging me and i can notice. First thing i saw was my driver side fender where it connects to the front bumper the fender looks shiny n silver and the bumper looks dull grey? but its only that part of the bumper because the other side where the bumper and fender are matches up perfectly? weird. and same thing with the passenger side rear bumper only about half of it looks dull gray while the other side looks perfect with the car? does anyone know how to fix this problem? please thanks

my paint literally is pealing off my front bumper and my cars 2 years old only. urs is fading bro, get a body shop to touch it up

thanks man tryna do that asap cars 5 yrs old but still that was terrible and my lip was about primer at one point
