could i get these out with a buffer?
Ok so awhile back my girlfriend backed into our neighbors car( both was backing out at the same time) andleft these marks actually the worse one is from backing into the neighbors the other is not so bad but it's also from her backing into a car( I know she can't drive for s*** lol) So I want to know if I could buff these out if not about how much would a detailing place charge me for this thanks for any input.
UPDATE
This is what the worse side looks like now still has some light marks in it but the compound worked

is ur car repainted? it has a bit of orange peel.
anyways, ive tooken out a good amount of those in different cars, you can go to any auto parts and buy a compound, micro fiber towel, and the applier, just put about a dime size amount of compound on the circle applier thing, scrub really good one part (about 2 feet of area), then clean off with the towel, repeat. this should take off most if not all

yea def. compund that ****. random orbital buffer with medium pressure and you may well need a few passes through to get it all.
i also highly recommend trying to clay bar your car. in that area it will remove any residue that your nehbors car left behind, and make your paint smooth.
also the rest of your car.. could use a clay bar job. it will go from that orange peel look to ******* GLASS. i promise its worth it.
dont know how to do these? go on youtube and search adamspolishes08 's channel. he's got really good detailing vids that i have learned alot from
hope that helps

Yeah that should buff out as stated above. I've taken a ton of scuffs out like that. Compound and an orange pad on 3-3.5 and they come right out. Then I hit it was a swirl remover, wax, and glaze and your good.
Do you have access to an actual buffer or are you trying to do this by hand? If you can't get it out by hand, consider purchasing a porter cable 7424xp. They are roughly $120 but make detailing any car a ton easier and more enjoyable as the results are night and day.

Good luck on the plastic... You'll probably burn before you work them out. How I judge, but not always. If you can feel it with your nail it probably wont come out all the way.
