Crazy Story

Does anyone know if Coffee will ruin my paint? I cut in front of someone today with so much space ( I needed to get in a far right lane for a jug handle so I sped up a lot and got in front, it was safe) so the guy evidently followed me into the parking lot, I lost him, and figured he wasn't following me. I parked, had dinner with my girl, come out and find coffee/hot chocolate all over my car frozen inside the lights everything. ********, there's no 24 hour car wash around here so its going to have to wait till morning. Does anyone know if it will do damage overnight?

Trust me if I could find him I would, sadly I think it was a women though I got a quick glance of her flipping me off, I thought she had sufficiently vented her anger at that point.

simple green on your paint = it will strip your wax and any other protective application. if you must use harsh chemicals on your paint, promptly apply wax to the area.

however, it should come off with some warm water.

Or even better, steal the battery completely, take it to a junk yard and get like $5 for it, and run through a drive through wash.

simple green is perfectly fine...you just do have to use wax afterwards....wash the car first like normal....then simple green the area if residue still remains...then wax the area that was simple greened...
