I just got done debadging and noticed a dark grey mark left behind from the glue. Suggestions on getting rid of the mark?

I used some generic brand bug and tar remover (let it sit for a good 15min), and finished up with some scratch-x

I've been wondering about this whole process and I've seen a few threads on it but just to clarify. You take a hairdryer and hold it over the badge for a few minutes until it gets warm and the take fishing line and pull it behind the badge to break the sticky and then use goo gone to remove the leftover gunk.

A heat gun works better if you can get your hands on one just be careful And I used dental floss I would imagine and have heard fishing line scratches other than that yep you got it
