Endless Washer Fluid

I bought my car July 1, 2006. I have yet to refill the washer fluid. I use it fairly liberaly and have yet to run out.

How much fluid does this car hold?

My sedan was bone dry for the first time since I owned it Nov 2005 and one gallon was all it took to fill it up.

so... with a tank that big... would removing the washer fluid count as a weight reduction mod?

no. lol The tank itself weighs next to nothing. The fluid in it doesn't weight much. You would never notice the difference if you took it out. There are plenty better ways to save weight.

Yeah, I say use it for a water/meth injection tank and get a smaller tank for your wipers.

Water is 8lbs to the gallon is it not? It's over the wheels though so that will help your traction woes.

Just don't let some clown at the service station try to fill it with washer fluid.

Do we not have a DIC light for an empty tank? I thought my squirters were frozen or something, turns out I was bone dry, 1 bottle and I couldnt even see the fluid in the tank! haha
