I use Meguiar's, or Mother's - the Mother's stuff is soft, goes on well, and comes off with a minimum of annoyance. And like I said in my previous post, the spray-on stuff is Eagle One.
Right now I wish I could get some time to wax the car - this weather has been bad enough - a few days of sap/pollen depositing, and then rain on the days I have free to wax the car. Plus those bastard birds are now crapping mulberry digest all over the damn place!

I've heard many times that u should only wax 2-3 times a year. More importantly, when you wax, sometimes you are layering wax on, locking in little imperfections, so be sure to CLAYBAR maybe once a year (or **** it, when you wax). Thats what i do, always worked great for me.
On a different note, i wash my car everytime i see spots on the windows so like once a week haha i just can't stand a dirty car, feels like it drives bad almost LMAO

^^^ I AGREE WITH THAT ALSO. CLAY BAR IS IMPORTANT
I wax mine at least once a month.
It all depends on the climate and what color car you have.
Silver, light blue, white cars every 3 months is good. But red, dark blue and black like mine, once a month is needed during hot months or rainy seasons.
The clear is soft as hell on our cars, so black shows every little imperfection and dullness if not properly maintained

A few good Guidelines for detailing your vehicle you could use. However, they are not just guidelines depending on many factors, and you may need to do it more often or not. This is the way we do it.

I usually do the hood, front bumper, roof and trunk when I wash it which is after every time it rains. and I do the rest of the car when it feels like it needs it. I clay twice a year.

last week i did this:
wash the car thoroughly
dried it throughly
claybar it completely
re-rinse it to get residue and clay bar lubricant off
re-dried it completely
complete polish
un polish
wax on, wax off, wax on, wax off.
then a quick wax mist.
then i completely cleaned the wheels and tires, and polished the wheels, and shined the tires
then i cleaned the carpets and 'meguiars' scrubbed them
then i leather treated my seats and armor all'ed the dash.
then i rainx'd the windows
then i back to blacked all the black/plastic trim on the car
...aaaaaand called it a day.
next day i drove through a construction site and got the whole car covered in dust and mud puddles. awesome.

Idk where everyone is from but in ct I have access to ardex wax, can't buy it in autozone or places like that but it is the best.
I clay bar(ardex) $45 you don't need to clay every time though.
Then B1 cleaner wax(ardex) $24
Then clear coat safe polish (ardex) $24
Then I use ardex wax sealant. $27
Wax sealant is huge, makes your time and effort worth it.
Also for everyone on this site I have a 12 box of simoniz glass coat, dealerships sell a glass coat application for $500 to $1000 dollars.
It's suppose to last 5-7 years.
Pm me if you want a glass coat bottle
And if you doubt me I am a full time detailer so trust! Have questions about how to clean tough **** ask I am willing to help, my car is slow but is clean go check my pics.
