Need help

Hey all I have two smalls spots on my car where it looks like the paint is either fading/oxidizing and I'm not sure if it is and I don't know what to do to get rid of it.
I have a pic it's a cell pic but you can see it and you can't see it a lot unless you're really looking but I notice it and it's an eyesore. Here it is

If you look to the left of the crack and above the top right corner of the trim you can somewhat see it. Looks a little more obvious in person but I really want to get rid of it because it bugs the hell out of me.

Try buffing it with a porte cable and a swirl remover on an orange pad.see what happens then.

Actually I don't have a porter cable lol (Getting one for spring though). But it's ok I got it out it was just oxidized a little bit. I just used some Nu Finish Scratch Doctor and then put on some wax after that was done. Worked like a charm. Not even noticeable.
