car got keyed! smooth and blend paint?
As the title says i got my driver door of my car excessively keyed. I filled in all the scratches, now the problem i have is i dont know how to safely smooth the touch up with the original paint? I tried to use rubbing compound on a small chip i had on my bumper and that ended up hazing the surrounding area and not even smoothing it down.
If someone could give me advice id appreciate it a lot!

Pictures? how is the touch up applied. Its not going to come out 100% so theres going to be a lil roughness or a dab sticking out where the scratch is. Have you wet sand with 2k grit then compount, polish and wax? best bet is to take it to a PDR "paintless dent repair" shop and have them take a look at it.

I used touch up paint to fix it temp, but I was actually going to go to the chev dealership and have their paint guys check it out and give me a qoute. I just want it to look half decent till the time comes, even right now its not too noticable, depending on how the light is angled on it.
