I have tried them all, IMO my favorite is surf city garage tire shine. It leaves that high gloss look, but doesnt sling, nor wear off in the rain.

all tire shines have there flaws. its all about how you put it on and how long you wait for it to dry. when i put it on i use a sponge a lightly apply it. if you apply to much it will glob and take alongggg time to dry. now as far as drying. it take a couple hours. i usually dont drive the car for like 2 hours when once ive applied the tire shine.

lightly apply and wait for it to dry.

here are a few that will give you a matte finish with no slinging.

Adam's Super VRT
1Z einszett Vinyl Rubber Care
Prima Nero
303 Aerospace Protectant

Tip: Before applying any tire dressing you want to make sure the tire is clean.

Use a good all purpose cleaner and prep the tire before dressing them.
