Rebel have the intakes shipped yet?

 

They were just waiting on the MAF bungs last Friday... I imagine they will probably be shipping them within the next few weeks.

If they were starting to ship them out on Friday, they will probably show up next week.
.... there is this crazy thing called shipping time that we all have to deal with...

 

Well, I don't feel as though I am being inpatient. On 1/25 we got, "All will be shipped out at the same time next week." Then no news after. No "MAF bungs are in we are shipping", no, "Oops, it's gonna be a while"... Lots of people asking questions. Not troo much to ask Rebel to pop in from time to time and say "Hi". They are plenty active on the other 2 group buy threads they have going.

 

That's true.
I generally let them be, cause I know that they'll pull though.... plus I know what it's like trying to run a company with only a few people to do all the work.
If anyone's concerned, maybe shoot them a quick PM.

 

I'm actually not that worried. I'm sure they will come through. I am just really big on customer service. I know they have a tough job to do. I also know that making sure that their customers are always informed will do huge things for their business. I have seen more than a couple neg posts about them and know that stuff hurts their business. I, for one, appreciate what they do and would like to see them stay in business for the long haul. People, in general, get nervous when they pay money and don't hear anything for over a week. That can hurt business, you follow me?

I get that. As I said, I fully appreciate what they do and know that what they do is not easy. Not trying to bash, by any means. Look at their other 2 group buy threads, though. There are two types of marketing. One gets the first sale. Everything after that makes sure people keep buying from them. That part is the follow up. That is the part they need to work on if they are going to stay in business.

 

please lets all stop arguing or what not over customer service in everything ( WORLD PEACE!) , ;ets just wait for a responed from rebel as they are prob busy with the testing of the new h/e as well as other GBs and shop work.

 

you are right, we are trying to improve on the follow up. Currently we have 1 person working as the other two are away on business.

Half the intakes have been shipped, the rest will be out this week.

Sorry for any delays but we really don't want to sacrifice any quality

 

Can a person still get in on this. I am surprised I only just saw it. I can pay the $270 right now in full. If so, I would also like a blue coupler.

I did. If I can't get in no biggy. I have a Injen, one of the first gen so it does not fit very well. I rubs on the inner fender and it is almost worn through in one spot.

I'm sure they will get ahold of me. Hopefully sooner than later as this mad money is burning a hole in my wallet.
