Trans fluid weeping on top of case

Also with high rpm shift problem I've noticed that after high speed runs I'm getting some trans (red) fluid weeping from the top by the reverse light switch what appears to be by the upper bellhousing bolts, and not from switch. Never enough to drip to floor but will creep along the web. I can't find any holes on top that may be on the wet side. How can I get fluid on top of the case?

I've ordered a R switch just in case it's leaking from the crimp. Reinstalled with liquid teflon on threads will still no signs of leak from switch. Not one was in stock in the entire state so I'm assuming there are little/no failures from this switch.

No luck with search, no weird noises and running Saturn fluid.
Thanks

i would say its coming out of the tiny vent hole, and i would guess overfilled with fluid. always measure in the exact amount of fluid required (check manual) not fill till it leaks out of fill plug....

That's kinda what I was thinking but couldn't seem to locate vent hole. My manual says because of it's orientation it's about an inch below fill hole, but due to high speeds, high g's and Hp it could be getting splashed around and/or hot.

Can someone zero me in to the vent orifice, does it have a breather and can I put a vent hose to put some distance?

i went through this with the race cars you dont need to vent it better believe it or not, just measure the correct amount of fluid, at almost 400 hp the Time Attack car did not leak, just sweated a bit. did i say measure the fluid? drain it and re do it right....trust me you dont need to play with the vent (very small hole bythe way)
