Thanks for the bump, it's a freakin BLAST to drive, especially when the cutout is open and the turbo sounds like a freakin hurricane. I just got a text from someone saying they're 95% sure they want to buy it this weekend, so we'll see what happens, fingers crossed. Then again, it's usually just talk so not getting my hopes up for anything.

Hi, I'd like to trade my 06 LSJ outright for an LS2 Vette.

What kind of downpipe/cutout do you have? Mine has a needswings 3" with a cutout. I haven't opened it yet but I hope you can hear the turbo spool on a big turbo like you can on the stocker.

 

i know you said you don't want a red/maroon cobalt, but if you want to just take over my payments i'd be down too.
i want to just get rid of it and get an evo. if you've got good credit you'd pay about 300 a month.
i pay 450 because it was my first car.

 

I have the same setup-Needswings catless downpipe except mine has the electronic cutout switch so I can open it up whenever I want from inside the car. Dude if you have a big turbo and havent opened it up yet, you need to-that thing is gonna sound like a freakin MONSTER!!! Little kids will run inside the house and hide when they hear that turbo spool up...

no it's still available as far as I know, I was just talking about a used one. The one you told me about is so tempting...I just don't think i'd be able to afford the payments on it

 

Gotcha, every dealer I've talked to wants more than I can afford right now for new ones, and used ones are a bit TOO far away from me lol. I started looking at '06 STI's to see what's available but they disappear the second I find them. I might just be stuck with my '06 SC.

 

There's a white 09 with red interior and LSD in Florida on autotrader with only like 2000 miles for 16 something...the only reason I haven't jumped on it is because it doesn't have sunroof. But that's the only thing it's missing as far as I know.
