Same here! I got a 05 Ion for 2700$ all in after getting a parts car and putting the engine and trans in the new one. 142xxxKM on the body 9000KM on engine and F35 trans. Gonna be awesome this winter or next summer once i get it supercharged and all tuned up to be running decent on 93 premium gas and get those fe5 and yyz suspension parts into it. Also needs driver side seat like nobodys business!! Buddy who owned it since new drove it to work and home thats it. Mostly highway (Halifax to Enfield, NS) but he sat waaay the hell over by the door so the entire side of the seat got eaten by his arsehole i assume. Ill post a picture in the AM...but hot damn like an 1/8 the seat is missing !!!!

Thats the one you want! 13" end links in the Base models the SS lnf take the shorter ones. Ill go get a picture of them seats now. Today was a busy day. I stripped the back end of the Ion and put marine grade caulking around all of the seams in the driver side wheel well and along the rear windscreen...somehwere was leaking and pooling at the bottom of the trunk. Figured its be better to do it now before i go frigging around and installing a plywood floor and subwoofers :-P

Yeah. I am undecided on buying a few cans of blacl paint and doing it the first nice week in June or May. (I live in Nova Scotia and today was the first nice day we had since before christmas sooo....) but theres also a good lot of used quad coupes in the province so i coukd just save up 100 bucks and try to find someone with panels that havent had 2 dofferent children puke and **** all over them and espically if there no dog toenail scratches. It seems every god damn ion ive looked at for parts the owner has got some great dane beast that got into a 6 pack of Monster energy while it wa sleft in the car!

Ahh the life. I do love it. But im starting to pull hair...

Forgot to mention the bit about the end links. You mean to say the 13" one doesn't fit?

The 13 inch is for base and 2.4 i believe. There a 9.6" for lnf i know...was looking for some a week or so ago

$280 for a wheel bearing/hub?? Are you getting it gold plated?
The most expensive one on RockAuto is $209 CAD, it is an SKF rear.

I've got a couple places locally where I can get good deals on parts I need NOW, but if I ever have notice before ordering, I get it from Rock Auto. I tend to order parts along with a friend to save on shipping. He almost always needs something.
