This is where the mount goes is the cobalt

Tapped an threaded with new mount that was refilled with urathane.
New axle seals an replaced slave cyl. Mount hadnt been fill yet here
Mocking it up to see whats the way an reasure that i can use all the stock lines from the saab also messuring to see if stock oil return fits
Cleaned the motor taped for the oil return wich fit perfect an so did the other lines the only line that had to be cut was the water line that returns to the thermostat housing i cut it at that side an atached a hose to it an use the same t pipe from the other side in the saab
Painted the motor an heat wraped the manifold so the water pipe from the pump stays as cool as possible i had to turn the pipe a bit so the manifold would clear
Cleaned the bay an subfram
Painted the bay a metalic blue an resprayed the subfram
New gasket for the turbo. I cut the stock 90 from the saab down pipe with the o2 bung an im making it from there found a oem oil feed line that was cut an welded a braided line wich is awsome
Got it in looking real good
Turbo fit extremly good an still have room
Turbo in. saab manifold in.
Using the stock saab charge pipe wich goes under the pan an went straight up still need few more things buts its up an running more info an detailed specs later on

Pretty sure you will need much bigger injectors than the 2.4 Cobalt's to run a turbo especially if they are the same size as 2.2 injectors. Is that transmission brand new?

airflow to the intercooler.

So the only difference in the vue transmission case is the front mount bosses?

Why would you want improve airflow to only half of the intercooler? I assumed that is what the holes are for but if that is the case why not do it symmetrically? I thought that because they are off to one side maybe they are for something else.

I'm waiting for the Op to answer that one. I'd like to know what he used to clean the tranny with before painting it... Looks nice!

I'm sure he was just wanting to see how it looked before drilling them all out, but I agree he should do them all the way and then add a wire mesh behind
