these stupid arguments are the reason i come on this site...don't do it. If you do this you need to delete half of the war stories section because there is more lying bull **** in there than anywhere else. "i took down a kb lightning in a stock ss/tc."
how is it that only two people debated that? Come on guys. When there is some political bs 30 people bust in. it taks an0molous less than half a second to get there, but when a high 13 second stock cobalt beats a mid 11 second car its, "good kills."
my supercharged mustang beat a bugatti veyron in a top speed run.
it's not politics that are the problem here, its extreme fanboyism. not just for cars.

I don't think we should ban Politics. 90% of the people that do partake in those threads are generally well behaved. Its the extremists that cause the problems. How about instead of punishing everyone why not just focus on the numb skulls that deserve getting the ban hammer? I don't know about you guys but I think the shotgun method of fixing problems only makes things worse. Why you say? Because the people who are not causing problems will start to resent you. Thats not something you want... Drive all the members away and you don't have a forum anymore.
However if you do decide to ban Political threads I vote that you ban all drug related threads / "I'm so drunk" threads, My g/f left me threads, Z06/ZR1/GTR threads, as well as anything else that has potential to offend or is annoying and does not pertain to our cars. No reason to clutter up the place right?

I remember a couple of threads you and a few other people having discussions about Obama and it was heated but still fine by me. It was a few other "extremist" people spraying nonsense and propaganda and hate and racisms...

in short, the people who are actually educated on the topic and want to debate generally get somewhat heated (actually a good thing, it shows you care), but keep it respectful. however, the morons that come in with "DEMOCRATS SUCK HUGE ****!" give the debates a bad rep

No that was my half-assed joke because Rissa said something about people being so illogical... So I just threw in something that made no sense. I originally typed "Your face is illogical" but I thought that might be taken the wrong way

Yea i deleted 1 of the 3 threads i created over politics because of the racial slurs i saw. Also uneducated name calling with hussein obama, or he is a muslim or other stupid **** just shows ignorance. You cant really ban stupid.
