I've just recently noticed that I cannot delete a post I made in someone else's thread, only threads that I create. Is this a mishap or what is the reason?

Edit: I just noticed this is only on select threads. not locked or anything. Below is a sample of an open thread I cannot edit my posts.

There is a time limit of 100 days for members to edit posts. I assume that is the selective editing you are seeing. Thanks.
