Ok well when buying anything over this site you basically have to trust the person with your money. It's pretty dangerous and getting scammed can happen to anyone.

Now what I propose is to create a feedback system to show transactions you have done before. Here is a site that uses this system to minimize the number of scams.

What you are looking at is a members feedback. As you can tell they have had 28 good transactions and 0 bad. I would buy something from this guy. And to access his feedback you click on his name in a post and a box comes up that has the option to choose to view feedback.

Already had a rep system that was being used...it was abused way too much and ran quite a few good vendors off the site from a bad deal..but people like to hop aboard the bandwagon

 

a system like that would require the admin to install a mod to the site; I think our current system is fine, and people should just use common sense when buying stuff online.
